Community security
In combination with the service concept of "entrepreneur boss" proposed by the municipal and district party committees and governments, and in accordance with the working requirements of "more than half of the time and more than half of the task" in our district, the migong sub district office has taken three measures to boost the development of the economies under its jurisdiction and provided targeted assistance. First, find out the situation. On June 21, 2010, migong sub district office held a special meeting in combination with the activities of "interviewing people and asking questions" of the district Party committee and the district government, and asked the office team members to conduct a "home interview" with the enterprises and industrial and commercial households under the jurisdiction of their respective sub District neighborhood committee, so as to comprehensively understand the problems and various needs of entrepreneurs under the current economic situation. The second is to provide guarantee for enterprise employment. With the gradual improvement of the labor law and the improvement of the minimum wage standard, the labor cost of enterprises has increased significantly. However, due to the reduction of costs and the reduction of employment, it has caused some difficulties to some people's employment. In view of this situation, the Office actively coordinates and acts as a bridge between enterprises and employees, recruiting 615 urgently needed personnel for enterprises under its jurisdiction. Third, seek financial support for enterprise development. Affected by the financial crisis, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in migong area is facing many difficulties, among which the shortage of funds is a major matter related to the survival of enterprises. The office takes the initiative to help enterprises solve their financial problems in the form of applying for small loans. The neighborhood committee of Chaohong community under its jurisdiction is also rated as a credit community by the Municipal People's Bank of China.
