Xietan Township, belonging to Zigui County, Yichang City, Hubei Province, is located on the North Bank of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, on the northwest edge of Zigui County, Hubei Province, bordering Badong County of Western Hubei Autonomous Prefecture in the West and Xingshan County in the north. It has high juice rate and is suitable for fresh eating and processing. Summer orange is an evergreen and summer mature late hot sweet orange variety. It blooms at the beginning of May every year, and its fruit overwinters by hanging trees. It matures in May of the next year.
