Langhe Town, subordinate to Danjiangkou City, is located in the south of Danjiangkou City. The town covers an area of 146.67 square kilometers (2017), with 9 administrative villages and 1 neighborhood committee, and a total population of 19081 (2017).

Langhe town is located in the eastern foot of Wudang, the holy land of qiongge in Xianshan mountain, and the southwest of Danjiangkou reservoir. It is located in the core water source area of the Middle Route Project of the national south to North Water Diversion Project. It has beautiful natural environment and pleasant scenery. History and culture
