Dajipu town belongs to Daye City, Hubei Province. It is located in the southeast of Daye City. It is connected with Jinshan street and Dawang town of Yangxin County in the East, Baisha Town of Yangxin County in the south, Jinhu street in the northwest and Dongyue street across Daye Lake in the north.

Dajipu town was named after a businessman who opened a shop at the foot of Dajishan during the reign of Kangxi.
