Since 2005, he went out to develop and contract wasteland and wasteland to build small farms. According to statistics, by the beginning of the Yuan Dynasty, there were more than 120 farm workers in Jingtoushan farm, like Yuan Hong. They operate in a variety of ways, such as capital, technology, brand and marketing advantages, and in a variety of modes, such as contracting, leasing and buyout. They contract 12000 mu of wasteland and beaches, and set up more than 120 small farms with an area of more than 80 mu, with an annual income of more than 6 million yuan. According to Liu Yuangang, Secretary of the Party committee of Jingtoushan farm, after the introduction of Taihu glutinous, a new grain variety, Jingtoushan farm, through the guidance of the government, mobilized the farmers to actively participate in the field demonstration and hand-in-hand training, and created a new type of farmers team while achieving scale benefits and greatly increasing the income of agricultural workers. With the improvement of farming technology, market-oriented organization and cooperation ability, many farm workers go out to build farms and estates. Song Guangsheng, an agricultural worker, contracted 30 mu of land to grow Taihu glutinous rice on the field, and achieved a good result of producing more than 550 kg per mu. After that, he mobilized more than 20 agricultural workers, including Chen Yangxin, to run farms outside the country. He contracted an 86 Mu small farm in baxiang District of Sanxi Town, realizing mechanization from rice sowing, weeding and insect control, harvesting and threshing. At the same time, he hired six local farmers in Sanxi town at the price of 60 yuan per day to help busy farming and spread Taihu glutinous planting technology free of charge. Farmers and workers set foot in Xianning, Daye, Longgang, Fenglin, Mugang and other 10 villages and towns near the farm. At the same time, they are reaping the new hope of new rural construction. Ten years ago, Yuan Hong, a farmer and worker who came to join his relatives and friends, realized an annual per capita income of 10000 yuan by planting Taihu glutinous rice on a large scale in recent years.
