MituoSi township is located in the northwest of Xincai County, adjacent to Liqiao Hui town in the south, Longkou town in the East, Shuangmiao Township in Pingyu County across the Honghe River in the West and Yangbu town in Pingyu County in the north. The township government is located 9km east from cement road to national highway 106 to Xinyang expressway, and southward to ashen expressway. It is 24 km from Xincai in the southeast, 98 km from Xiangcheng in the north and 30 km from Pingyu in the West. Li mi Road, Yin Mi road and long Mi road have all been upgraded. There are two fairs in MituoSi Township, which are divided into Nanji and Beiji according to the direction, beimituosi (or Laoji) according to the time, and linchangji in the south.
