Quanhepu town

Quanhepu town is located at the foot of Anyang mountain, 20 kilometers east of Gushi County, Henan Province, with a total area of 81.3 square kilometers and a cultivated area of 42660 mu. The township governs 17 administrative villages (streets) with 24307 people (in 2017). Huoqiu County of Anhui Province is bordered on the East, 15 kilometers away from national highway 105, and fenshuiting township of this county is adjacent to the west, 15 kilometers away from national highway 312. With convenient transportation, fertile land and rich water surface, it is known as the "land of fish and rice". With an altitude of 479 meters, Anyang mountain is a provincial forest park. On the top of the mountain, there are many landscapes, such as Yunxiao hall, which commemorates Mrs. Wei Jing, the grandmother of Chen Yuanguang. At the foot of the mountain, there is an ecological demonstration park integrating tourism and entertainment. Pingzhai village in the North has an ancient city site, a key cultural relic protection unit at the provincial level.

In 2008, the GDP of the township was 285.11 million yuan, the fiscal revenue was 4.48 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 4247 yuan. There are four enterprises with an annual output value of over ten million yuan and eight enterprises with an annual output value of over one million yuan. Special aquaculture and silver needle processing have become the pillar industries of the township. There are nearly 300 turtle farmers in the township, covering an area of 2000 mu, with an annual output value of 45 million yuan. There are more than 2000 farmers engaged in silver needle processing, with an annual total income of more than 30 million yuan. Ad Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. and Yinhe ecological breeding Co., Ltd. were commended and awarded by the county Party committee and the county government; Dong Jian of Anshan ecological demonstration park won the "dedication Award" in 2007. The agricultural infrastructure has been continuously improved. From 2005 to 2007, the comprehensive agricultural development of 41000 Mu was implemented for three consecutive years, which greatly improved the production and living conditions of the people in the project area and laid the foundation for the new rural construction. New steps have been taken in the construction and management of market towns. Gucheng road and Yunxiao road have been opened successively. In the township, there is a central health center with excellent technology and complete equipment. There is a new and expanded nursing home. There are 60 kilometers of roads around the township, including 35 kilometers of "village to village" roads. Quanhepu district was built in 1951, Central Township was built in 1955, Quanhe Town Camp was built in 1958, management district was built in 1959, commune was set up in 1961, and township was changed in 1983. Nature and humanity

Located 25 kilometers to the east of Gushi County in Henan Province, it is also the hometown of Chen Yuanguang, the "king of Kaizhang". It is the remnant of Dabie Mountain, with a north-south trend. It has rich animal and plant resources and beautiful natural scenery. There are 6 vegetation types, 16 vegetation subtypes, 45 plant communities, more than 300 kinds of plants, rare plants are Cryptomeria japonica and Larix kaempferi communities, precious tree species are Lysimachia fortunei, Pinus armandii, Pinus pentaneedles, etc.; precious medicinal plants are Polygonum multiflorum, Ganoderma lucidum, Panax notoginseng, Gastrodia elata, Rabdosia rubescens, etc. It also has a complete vegetation ecosystem of deciduous, broad-leaved mixed forest and coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest. There are more than 100 kinds of terrestrial vertebrates, and birds include pheasant, lark, thrush, owl, swan, egret, pheasant, etc. it was approved as Anshan provincial forest park by the provincial government in September 2001.

In 2012, quanhepu officially withdrew from the township to build a town.
