Balifan town is located in the northeast of Xinxian County, Xinyang City, Henan Province. The provincial highway nanxinye highway runs through the whole town, with a total area of 88.58 square kilometers (2017), including 90000 mu of mountain farm area and 16400 mu of cultivated land.
