Xingjianan Town, belonging to Gaoyang County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located 5.2 dry meters southwest of Gaoyang County, bordering Jinhua street in the East, Guodan town in Lixian County in the south, Wan'an town in Lixian County in the southwest, Dazhuang town in Qingyuan District in the West and Jinzhuang town in the north. It has a total area of 50.5 square kilometers and a total population of 35000 (2019).

In 1957, it belonged to xingjianan Township, Jilang Township and lutaiying township. In September 1958, xingjianan people's commune was established. In 1984, the village was changed. In 2009, the township was set up. As of October 2019, xingjianan town has jurisdiction over 17 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in xingjianan village.
