Xiaoshangqiao

Xiaoshang bridge was built in the fourth year of kaihuang (584 A.D.) of Sui Dynasty. It was called "Xiaoyu bridge" in ancient times. It is the earliest existing stone arch bridge in China, four years earlier than Zhaozhou Bridge. The bridge is located between Linying and Yancheng in Henan Province, 809km away from national highway 107, with national highway 107 in the East and Beijing Guangzhou railway in the West. It is very convenient for sightseeing and investigation.

Xiaoshang bridge, 21.3m long, 6.5m wide and 6.55m high, is an open shouldered arch bridge. The rise span ratio of the main arch is close to 1 / 5, and the parallel masonry method is adopted. The main arch and the small arch are built with 20 arch ribs in parallel, without transverse connection device. The river bottom under the bridge is paved with 12 rows of bluestone slabs, and there are wooden piles under the slabs. The abutment is made of six layers of red sand stone. There is a relief power with two hands and two shoulders arched at the four corners of the abutment. A falcon groove is chiseled on the upper surface of the two abutments, and the main arch angle is embedded in the groove. The stone carvings on the bridge arch are made of lotus, peony, Tianma, Caiyun and other patterns. On the bridge, there are 18 blue stone columns and horizontal plates, carved with stone lions, Arhats and other patterns. The carvings are exquisite and antique.

After more than 1400 years of ups and downs, xiaoshangqiao has withstood dozens of earthquakes and floods, and its main arch is safe. The discovery of this stone arch bridge in the Sui Dynasty has aroused great repercussions in the domestic academic circles. After investigation and research by many experts from the bridge circles and the cultural relics office, it was designated as "the first bridge in the world".

Xiaoshang bridge, the earliest existing stone arch bridge in China, is another miracle in the history of bridge in the world. On March 29, 2003, the State Post Office issued four special stamps on China's ancient bridge for the first time, among which was the "xiaoshangqiao" in Luohe, Henan Province in the Sui Dynasty.

Tomb of Yang Zaixing

Yang Zaixing tomb is located in Linying County, 12 kilometers south, 300 meters east of xiaoshangqiao. It is known as "Zhong tomb" in the world and "Yangye tomb" in the local area. Cemetery more than 20 acres, a rectangular shape, pines and cypresses green, there is a temple, Qing Dynasty architecture. There are five stone tablets in front of the gate in Kangxi, Yongzheng, Daoguang and Tongzhi years of Qing Dynasty. Two of them are in Kangxi years. One is the "Tomb of General Yang controlled by Song Dynasty", which is 2.6 meters high and has strong characters; the other is the "Tomb of General Yang controlled by Song Dynasty", which is 2.6 meters high and 1 inch large, with alternate lines of grass. Other inscriptions mostly record the general's achievements and posterity's eulogy. After the temple is the tomb
