Gaoqiaoying Street

Gaoqiaoying street is located in the northern suburb of Xuchang City, reaching Qingshu River in the East, West Yongchang Road in the south, Yingru canal in the west, Xiazhuang village and shutuo village in Suqiao town of Xuchang County in the north. Beijing Guangzhou railway runs through the north and south, and West Yongchang Road runs across the East and West, with convenient transportation and superior geographical location. The total area is 9496 mu.

Gaoqiaoying street is located in the north of Weidu District. Covering an area of 14.8 square kilometers, Beijing Guangzhou railway, 107 national highway, Yuzhou Dancheng local railway transit, 6 kilometers away from Xuchang railway station, Qingshu river flows through the countryside from north to south.

evolution

Gaoqiaoying commune was established in 1981 and changed to township in 1984. In 1997, with an area of 19 square kilometers and a population of 17000, it has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages, namely gaoqiaoying, laowuying, liutiezhuang, donglizhuang, Banqiao, daluozhuang, Sanli, Yuanzhuang, Jinwan, Xinzhang, Wangzhuang, Guolou and zuzhuang. In 2005, the township was removed and the streets were set up.
