Shipantun Township
Shipantun township is located 15 kilometers northwest of Neihuang County, adjacent to Weihe River in the East, to the south of Tianshi Township in the west, to the east of Tianshi Township in the north and to the west of Chuwang Town, covering an area of 44 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 26 administrative villages, 25 natural villages, 114 villager groups and 26755 people (2017). The cultivated land is 48000 mu, and the per capita cultivated land of farmers is 1.58 mu. In 2004, the total output value of industry and agriculture was 170 million yuan.
Historical evolution
Its original name was kuxianli. There are two versions of the name of shipantun. One is that in the Song Dynasty, Yue Fei's mother and son floated here in a stone urn and were rescued. They put the stone urn on a stone in gedaye temple in the northwest corner of the village. Another theory is that during the Ming Dynasty, there was a long period of garrison here, so it was named shipantun. It was the Fourth District of Neihuang County after 1912 and the Second District of Zhangnan County in 1947. In 1949, it was changed into the Fifth District of Neihuang County, and the district office was located in the north of East Street of shipantun. In 1957, it was withdrawn from the district and merged with the township to establish the district level system of shipantun township. In 1958, it was changed into shipantun people's Commune. In 1985, the township system was restored, and the Township People's government was stationed in the former site of the district office. In 1974, it was moved to the current site of East Road of Beimen. In 1984, the township was rebuilt. In 1997, it covers an area of 44.3 square kilometers and has a population of 29000. It has jurisdiction over 26 administrative villages, including shipantun South Street, shipantun East Street, shipantun West Street, shiweng, Zhaogu, Kangzhuang, Huzhuang, Fanzhuang, Xuzhuang, Huangzhuang, Zhaolin, Yanglin, NIULIN, Nanyang Village, Nanzhao, Beiyang village, Sangzhuang, Zaizhuang, Lianzhuang, Qilin, Xiwu, panying, Shiqiao, dalicun, Xinji and mazhao.

Economics
There are a few sandy lands in Nanzhao and Nanyang villages, and some mixed soils in Huzhang, Fanzhang, mazhao, Xinji and Dali villages, which are suitable for the growth of various crops. Traffic and communication: 5.1km from shipantun north to Anyang Puyang highway is asphalt road, tangwangmiao shipantun road and shipantun Magu road run through north and south, and asphalt road is basically realized in every village, so the traffic is very convenient. There are 26 administrative villages in the township, all of which are equipped with more than 3500 Chengkong telephones, mobile phones, Internet and cable TV. Weihe River passes through the East obliquely, with Yuefei River (Jijie River), shipantungou, renhoutungou, niulingou and other drainage and irrigation ditches. Irrigation conditions have been continuously improved, and all the villagers in 26 administrative villages have access to tap water. The township completed the transformation of the power grid, power supply is sufficient.
Wheat, corn, cotton and oil are the main agricultural planting traditions. The three pillar industries of vegetable, fruit and forest, and animal husbandry are developing rapidly. In 2004, the total grain output was 18 050 tons, 380 kg per unit area, and the total vegetable output was 73 000 tons. 3100 greenhouses will be built.
Animal husbandry has formed Dali Village and NIULIN, Yanglin village two greenhouse off-season vegetable production area. The forest and fruit industry has formed a small mixed fruit production community centered on Fanzhang village, Huzhang village, shipantun East Street and Xinji. The fruit forest covers an area of more than 10500 mu, with a large number of fruit varieties and high quality, such as heibaoshi plum, Kaite apricot, may fresh peach, Zhonghuashoutao, Xuetao, etc., which are sold all over the country with a total output of 3.98 million kg. There are more than 1.5 million timber forests in the township. The forest coverage rate is 32%. There are more than 770 chicken farms in the township, with 1 million chickens sold in that year and 338000 in stock at the end of the year. The special breeding mainly includes Rex, beaver, French flying duck, etc. In 2004, there were more than 900 large livestock, 14619 live pigs, 11605 sheep, 13242 sheep and 50000 sheep.
The total industrial output value of the township has been increasing. Township enterprises township enterprises have formed a meat, food, beverage, building materials, plate five major industrial products. The main enterprises are Yuehe Food Co., Ltd., Wansheng wood, Yuehe duck group, etc. the main products are hardbound chicken, finished rabbit, yogurt, multilayer board, etc.
Commercial trade Shipan TunJi is a traditional market. Now it has developed into a one kilometer long commercial street with more than 120 operators. Huzhang village, kangzhang village, Dali Village, NIULIN, Zhaogu and other agricultural and sideline products wholesale markets are active, with an annual turnover of about 40000 tons.

The township government has a cultural activity room, a relatively complete science and technology service organization, and various full-time and part-time science and technology service personnel. In rural areas, there are bands, stilts, Yangko and other folk art groups, and mass cultural and entertainment activities are rich and colorful. At present, there are 2 junior middle schools, 27 teaching classes, 1270 students and 96 teaching staff; 9 primary schools, 70 teaching classes, 1500 students and 128 teaching staff. The enrollment rate of school-age children is 100%. At present, there is one township health center, more than 20 rural clinics and more than 50 rural doctors. There are three county-level cultural relics protection units in Qilin village, including liulijing in Song Dynasty, Tomb of Zhou Dong and Yuefei temple in Ming Dynasty.

1. Vegetable planting. Since 2002, shipantun township has taken the expansion of vegetable planting area as an important measure of agricultural structure adjustment. Through holding agricultural technology training classes, establishing professional associations, establishing purchase and sales network, it has realized industrialization, greatly increasing the scale and efficiency of vegetable planting. In addition to the traditional cultivation of wax gourd and pumpkin, jiadouwang has been vigorously promoted into the characteristic and efficient agriculture. Since its introduction, the scale of jiadouwang has expanded year by year, and the benefit has increased year by year, which has become a new favorite of the rural agricultural cultivation. Vegetable planting has become one of the main channels to increase farmers' income.
2. Animal husbandry. Animal husbandry has formed a development pattern of "two areas and one belt", that is, the concentrated area of layer and broiler breeding with Huzhuang and Fanzhuang as the center, the concentrated area of pig breeding with NIULIN and Dali villages as the center, and the sheep belt with each village along Weihe River as the center.
