Shachang road street is located in Yindu District, Anyang City, Henan Province, on the Bank of Huan River in the northwest of Anyang City, close to the world heritage Yin Ruins, with beautiful environment and unique cultural resources. It was established by Yubei cotton textile factory in Henan Province. It covers an area of 4.87 square kilometers.

Evolution of organizational system

Established in 1956, it was originally a secondary organization of a cotton mill. In 1997, Yubei cotton textile mill, with a street area of 1.5 square kilometers and a population of 15000, governed 10 neighborhood committees. It was transferred to Beiguan District in December 2002 and transferred to Yindu District in March 2003 due to zoning adjustment. There are three original communities: South District community, North District community, Xincun community and one administrative village, dasikong village. In August 2018, due to the regional division, it took charge of three communities from Beiguan District, namely, Civil Aviation Road community, Airport South Community and Shengli Road community.
