Baoliansi town is located in the south of Wenfeng District, bordering Tangyin County in the south. It is 12 kilometers long from north to South and 10 kilometers wide from east to west, with a total area of 52 square kilometers.

In 1997, it covers an area of 65.7 square kilometers and has a population of 58000.
