Tangjie town

Tangjie town is located 13 kilometers southeast of Jia County. It is surrounded by Ziyun mountain in the East and Ruhe River in the north. It is connected by mountains and rivers. It has beautiful scenery, rich natural resources and outstanding people. With a total area of 71.3 square kilometers, the town governs 36 administrative villages and 106 natural villages. Tangjie town is located in an advantageous position with roads extending in all directions. The town is 20km away from Pingdingshan City in the south, connecting with s238 provincial road by 5km of Botang line, connecting with Qianshi line of s329 provincial road by 5km in the south, and passing through Pingjia highway. Tangjie town is rich in ground and underground resources. The terrain of the town is high in the East and low in the west, including flat, sand, mountain, hill and depression. A peak of Ziyun mountain, once listed in the famous mountain records, is shown. Surrounded by purple clouds, the mountains and forests are emerald, and the mountain springs are dingdong. Ziyun Qingxue is listed as the first of the eight scenic spots in Jiaxian county. Linfeng village, built in the Ming Dynasty and rebuilt in the Qing Dynasty, is known by experts as the first ancient red stone village in the Central Plains. The houses of Ming and Qing Dynasties in the village are concentrated in scale and well arranged. Surrounded by the river outside the village, the red walls, the green moat, the green reeds, the snow-white reed flowers and all kinds of water birds form a beautiful picture of natural unity. There are abundant underground water resources in the town. BEIRU river meanders along the northern boundary from west to East for 26 kilometers, with flocks of ducks and geese spilling over the water. Zhihe River, Yunliang River, Yangliu River and Shihe River run through the whole territory from the South and flow into Ruhe River. Tangjie town area actually contains a lot of coal resources. Of course, it has been mined now, which leads to wanton mining, resulting in the decline of water level. During the drought period, the water shortage in the nearby villages and towns is serious. Therefore, we call on the relevant departments to supervise and control the reasonable mining. In this way, our descendants will have to move to other areas in a few years.
