Huiyuan street is located in the southeast of Lushan County, Pingdingshan City, adjacent to Shahe in the South and Pingdingshan New City in the East. Luping Avenue runs through the East and West, and the South-to-North Water Diversion project passes through. The administrative area is 25.44 square kilometers, and the cultivated land is 12403 mu.

Evolution of organizational system

In 2006, the government of Lushan County decided to abolish Luyang Town, adjust some administrative divisions of Zhangdian Township and Dongzhou Township, set up four sub district offices of Lufeng, Qintai, Luyang and Huiyuan, and divide 22 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of former Luyang town and Zhanying of Zhangdian Township and Wulitou of Dongzhou Township into urban areas.
