Qintai Street

Qintai street is located in the west of mohao Road, Lushan County, Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, north of Laocheng street, Xiguan Street and national highway 311, West to balicang village and north to the main canal of Zhaoping reservoir. It is a new organization decided by the county Party committee and government in 2007. It is a street integrating urban and rural areas, with the most densely populated, the most developed commerce, and the widest distribution of county units and enterprises.

General situation

The street governs 12 villages (streets), including 10 agricultural villages (streets), namely: Sanjie, Sijie, WuJie, zongzhuang village, Liuying village, Yutang village, mawa village, balichang village, mizhang village and jiawangzhuang village; 2 non-agricultural villages (neighborhood committees), namely: Jianshe Street neighborhood committee and Youyi Street neighborhood Committee. The total number of households in the street is 11709 (including 528 ethnic minority households), and the total population is 38750 (2010). Hui and Han nationalities live together, with a population of 1978. There are 63 Village (street) groups and 52 natural villages, with a total area of 18.14 square kilometers. In December 2007, the first phase project of Yimin waste treatment plant in Lushan County with an investment of 15 million yuan has been completed and put into use. Luwei water Co., Ltd. has completed the preliminary land acquisition work. There are two middle schools and nine primary schools in the whole area; there are the largest Lushan No.1 Middle School in the county, and there are two municipal demonstration primary schools, namely the Third Street Primary School and the Fourth Street Primary School. There are 7600 students and 390 teaching staff in primary and secondary schools. The popularization rate of nine-year compulsory education was 100%, and the literacy rate of young and middle-aged people was 99.5%.
