Xixiayuan street is a street under the jurisdiction of Jili District, Luoyang City, Henan Province. It is located in the west of Jili District, adjacent to Xiaolangdi water control project in the West and Jiyuan City in the northwest. The total area is 22.463 square kilometers.

Evolution of organizational system

In October 2016, Jili District of Luoyang City held a centralized licensing Conference for the newly established sub district offices, which provided centralized licensing for Xixiayuan, Kangle, Jili and Heyang. The establishment of the four new sub district offices changed the original urban pattern of one township and one sub district office, and realized the new situation of four sub district offices supporting urban development.
