Dahe Road Street

Dahe road sub district office is located in the north of Huiji District, Zhengzhou City, close to the Yellow River embankment, and adjacent to Beijing Guangzhou railway in the West. Jiangshan Road, North Fourth Ring Road, Tianhe Road, and Lvyuan road run through the whole area, with superior geographical position, and it is named for its jurisdiction over Dahe road. The total area is 22.57 square kilometers, and the cultivated land is more than 12817 mu.

It is located on the Yellow River in the north, Jingguang railway and Jiangshan Avenue in the west, Tianhe Road and Lvyuan road running through the whole area, with flat terrain and fertile land,

Convenient transportation, sufficient power, developed communication, rich water resources, complete infrastructure, rich tourism resources. Within the jurisdiction, there is a planned Dahe Industrial Park of nearly ten thousand mu, a pollution-free vegetable production base of more than ten thousand mu, an ecological shelterbelt and a wave shelterbelt with a width of 1000 meters and a length of 27 kilometers along the Yellow River levee, and a wealth of business tourism and land development resources.

Historical evolution

It was established in 1983. In 1997, with an area of 23 square kilometers and a population of 22000, it has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages including Maozhuang, gongzhai, Dongzhao, Jiahe, feizhuang, Songzhuang, Trojan, qingzhai, Gucheng and Yangzhuang. In 2003, the four villages of Yangzhuang, Trojan horse, qingzhai and Dongzhao were under the jurisdiction of Xincheng street. In 2005, Maozhuang town was abolished and Dahe road sub district office was established.

Economics

With convenient transportation and rich resources, the service industry of agricultural public welfare day develops in line with local conditions, actively carries out investment promotion, and the cold chain logistics industry and service industry develop rapidly.

Dahe road sub district office area is rich in ecological resources and has a long cultural history. There are a number of tourist reception points, such as national 4A scenic spot fengle farm, Lvyuan mountain and water. Along the Yellow River embankment, there are 27 km long and 1000 m wide ecological shelterbelt, wave shelterbelt, and forest trails. In particular, Huiji ancient bridge, one of the ancient "Xingze eight sceneries", together with the Grand Canal of China, was included in the world cultural heritage list at the 38th World Heritage conference in Doha, Qatar. Huiji ancient bridge is located in huijiqiao village of Dahe road sub district office. It was built in the Sui and Tang Dynasties. It is a three hole arch bridge, 5 meters wide and 40 meters long from east to west. In its prosperous period, it was once an important road for water and land transportation, with lots of traffic. Huiji district also got its name from the bridge.
