Zhaiwang Town, belonging to Yangxin County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the middle of Yangxin County, slightly southwest, bordering hehe town in the East, Hefang Street of Huimin County in the south, liupowu town in the West and Jinyang street in the north. In April 1958, zhaiwang commune was established. In May 1964, it was re established as zhaiwang district. In December 1970, it was reestablished as zhaiwang commune. In March 1984, zhaiwang township was established. In April 1995, zhaiwang town was removed. As of June 2020, zhaiwang town has 89 administrative villages.

By the end of 2018, there were 440 industrial enterprises in zhaiwang Town, including 10 industrial enterprises above Designated Size and 69 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
