Dingluan Town, subordinate to Changyuan City, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, is located 12 kilometers north of Changyuan County, adjacent to Fangli town in the East, shejia town in the northeast and Hua county in the north. The total area of the town is 49 square kilometers. As of 2018, dingluan town has a total population of 53000, with 300 ethnic minorities (HUI).

Dingluan commune was established in 1958, township was changed in 1983, and town was established in 1994. As of October 2019, dingluan town has jurisdiction over 34 administrative villages.

In 2018, dingluan town actually completed 2.69 billion yuan of GDP, 78.7212 million yuan of fiscal and tax revenue, and 20360.6 yuan of per capita net income.

Historical evolution

During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to Hua county, the Second District of Binhe county during the Anti Japanese War, and the seventh district of Changyuan after liberation.

Dingluan town is located 12 kilometers north of Changyuan City, adjacent to Fangli town in the East, shejia town in the northeast and Huaxian County in the north. It is 11.6 km long from north to South and 7.5 km wide from east to west. The total area of the town is 49 square kilometers, including 5.2 square kilometers of town area, 51000 mu of cultivated land and 0.93 mu of cultivated land per capita.

The products radiate to 32 provinces, cities, autonomous regions, Thailand, Singapore and other countries. According to the survey and statistics of relevant departments, Ding Luan Weicai accounts for 50% of the national market. By 2017, there were 34 standardized production enterprises and 350 sales enterprises in the town, with an annual output value of 2.2 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 250 million yuan. Some enterprises have formed a modern sanitary material enterprise integrating science, industry and trade, producing, supplying and marketing. Dingluan has Shili business street, which has 32 sales offices of foreign enterprises, 89 logistics and warehousing companies, 32 restaurants and 811 commercial outlets.

The actual GDP of the whole town reached 2.69 billion yuan, the fiscal and tax revenue reached 78.7212 million yuan, and the per capita net income of residents reached 203.6 billion yuan.

Transportation

Dingluan town is close to Changji expressway. Xinhe railway, Changyuan Puyang highway and dingluan Fangli highway run through the town from south to north.

In 2003, dingluan town was rated as the "township of health materials" in China.
