Madian Town, belonging to Huimin County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the middle of Huimin County, adjacent to Sangluoshu town and Huji town in the East, Qinghe town in the south, Xindian town in the West and Hefang Street across the river in the north. The area is 77.46 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Ma Dian town was 30639.

In 1958, it was changed into Madian commune. In 1961, it was restored to Madian district. In 1968, it was restored to Madian commune. In 1984, it was restored to Madian township. In December 1995, it was changed into Madian town. As of June 2020, Madian town has five communities under its jurisdiction.

By the end of 2018, there were 18 industrial enterprises in Madian Town, including 9 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size, and 39 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
