Zhaozhaizi town

Zhaozhaizi town is located in the southwest of Gaotang County, 10 kilometers away from the county seat. It is adjacent to Zhangying township of Chiping County in the south, Gaotang town and Zhaozhuang Township in the north, Nanzhen Township and Jiangdian Township in the East, Qingping town and sanlipu Township in the West.

The township is 15 kilometers long from north to South and 12 kilometers wide from east to west, with a total area of 75.35 square kilometers. Provincial Highway 009, Gaolin Road (Gaotang Linqing) and Zhaozhang Road (zhaozhaizi zhangdatun) meet here. The second main canal passes through the west of the township from north to south.

In 1998, there were 35 natural villages and 44 village committees. The largest natural village is zhangmiao, which is composed of seven village committees.

Population situation

The permanent resident population was 34739 (in 2017), with a population density of 476 people / km2. All of them are Han nationality. In 2010, the township was set up.
