Tianqu street, belonging to Decheng District, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the north of Decheng District, adjacent to the economic development zone in the East, Guangchuan street and Xinhu street in the south, Canal Economic Development Zone in Dezhou City in the west, and Hebei Province in the north. In 1984, Changzhuang commune was changed into Changzhuang township. In 2001, Changzhuang township was abolished and Tianqu street was established as the administrative area of Changzhuang township. As of June 2020, Tianqu street has 13 communities under its jurisdiction.
