Yatou Street
Yatou street, a street under the jurisdiction of Rongcheng City, Weihai City, Shandong Province, is located in the middle of Rongcheng City, adjacent to Xunshan street in the East, Yellow Sea in the southeast, Laoshan street in the south, Dayong town and Tengjia town in the southwest, Chengxi street in the West and Xiazhuang town in the north. The administrative area is 79 square kilometers. By the end of 2011, the total population of Yatou street was 139993.
Liming commune was established in September 1958 and changed to Yatou commune in October of the same year. In June 1968, it was renamed Liming commune. In June 1982, Yatou town was restored. On October 19, 1993, Xujia village was divided into Chengxi town. In 2000, Chengxi town was merged into Yatou town. In 2001, Laoshan town and Xunshan town were merged into Yatou town. In 2006, the zoning was adjusted, Yatou town was abolished, 29 villages and 21 residents' committees were designated, and Yatou street was set up. As of June 2020, Yatou street has jurisdiction over 4 administrative villages and 21 communities.
In 2011, the total agricultural income of Yatou street was 7.272 billion yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 7513 yuan. In 2011, the total fiscal revenue was 7.272 billion yuan, including 293 million yuan of local fiscal revenue, an increase of 7% and 25.75% respectively over the previous year.
History of construction
In April 1940, the Anti Japanese democratic government was established, which belonged to the Fifth District of Rongcheng county. In December of the same year, it was changed to the seventh district.
In March 1941, five townships, Qingshan, Daonan, Binhai, Yatou and Longhe, were set up.
In February 1942, it was changed to Yatou town.
In 1945, it was renamed Yatou district.
In September 1950, it was renamed the first district.
In March 1951, five townships, Yatou, Putou, Bajia, Haiya and Qingshan, were built under the district.
In September 1955, it was renamed Qingshan District.
In 1957, it was established in Yatou town.

As of June 2020, Yatou street has 4 administrative villages: qianmiwen village, Zhangjia village, houmiwen village and kuangbei village, 21 communities: Sanhuan community, Qingshan community, Hexi community, Hedong community, Guhe community, Xinzhuang community, Huaqiao new village community, Yulong community, Kangping community, Nanshan community, Fuxin community, Huayuan community, Bijiang community, Shuguang community and Shuangbo community District, Derun community, Xianghe community, Beihuan community, Yatou community, Taishang community and Deping community. The sub district office is located at No. 45, middle section of Chengshan Avenue, zoujia village, Taishang.
