Luofeng street is one of the three streets that were set up in February 1999. It is located at No.6 Wenhua Road, the former site of Zhaocheng town government, adjacent to Zhaoyuan Experimental Kindergarten in the East and Zhaoyuan No.1 Middle School in the West.
