In October 1997, Binhai Road street was established, and 11 villages in chujia Town, including qianqikuang, houqikuang, Chijia, shigoutun, Chulan, qingquanzhai, Bulan, liujiatan, kongjiatan, fulingkuang and Liangjia, were under the jurisdiction of Huanghai Road street. In September 1999, the nine villages of qianqikuang, houqikuang, Chijia, shigoutun, Chulan, qingquanzhai, Bulan, fulingkuang and Liangjia in Binhai Road street were put under the jurisdiction of Huanghai Road Street, and the 11 villages of Beihe, Nanhe, Dazhuang, shengshuizhuang, yangjiatai, zoujia, Fangjia, lailongzhuang, sanlibao, sunjiatan and yujiatan in yuanchujia town were put under the jurisdiction of Huanghai Road street Three villages, dongxigezhuang, are under the jurisdiction of Binhai Road sub district, and the office is moved to liujiatan village. In January 2009, Caobu village was put under the jurisdiction of Mashan street.
