Lingzhushan street, located in the east of Qingdao West Coast new area, covers a total area of 43 square kilometers, governs 33 communities and has a permanent resident population of 12939 (2010).
General situation
It has pleasant climate, beautiful environment and harmonious society. It has Zhushan National Forest Park, two 4A scenic spots of Qingdao wildlife world, and cultural attractions such as Bodhi temple, Qi Great Wall Ruins, film and television cultural base. It is a well-known ecological leisure area and tourist resort on the west coast of Qingdao. In recent years, it has successively won the honorary titles of the first national top 100 ecological and cultural towns, the national advanced greening collective, the pilot project of "beautiful countryside" of the Ministry of agriculture, the famous ecological and leisure cultural cities and towns in Shandong Province, the strong tourism towns in Shandong Province, and the tourism characteristic Street towns in Qingdao. Liuhuabo township is named after liuhuabo village. Liuhuabo village, formerly known as liuhuabo, is the village with the largest number of residents and the earliest establishment. In the 1960s, liuhuapo village, with more than 500 households and more than 2000 people, was divided into five administrative villages: Liudong, Liuxi, Liubei, liudongshan and liunanshan. People still used to call it liuhuapo. In August 1984, the original Xin'an commune was divided into two parts, and Xin'an town and liuhuapo Township were established. By the end of 1987, it had an area of 40 square kilometers and a population of 3008 households and 11815 people. In 1992, liuhuabo township was abolished and liuhuabo town was established. It was changed to liuhuapo town in September 1992. In December 1994, liuhuapo town was abolished and liuhuapo street was established. In 1996, it covers an area of 34.8 square kilometers and has a population of 12000. On July 23, 2010, it was renamed lingzhushan street. After the renaming, the original administrative division, personnel and neighborhood office will remain unchanged. Lingzhushan street has a mountain forest area of 35000 mu, with a forest coverage rate of 53%; it has 8 reservoirs including Zhushan reservoir, with a developable water area of more than 5000 square meters. There are Zhushan National Forest Park and Qingdao forest wildlife world, two 4A scenic spots, Qi Great Wall Ruins with a history of more than 2500 years, and Bodhi temple, the largest Buddhist Temple group in Jiangbei. The street is rich in more than 20 kinds of fresh fruits and green agricultural products, and has built 17 ecological agricultural parks, including qingshiwan agricultural picking garden and hanlinxiang ecological garden.
infrastructure
Lingzhushan street, with developed and convenient transportation, is an important node of Shandong Expressway Network. Jinan Qingdao south line, Shenhai line, Shugang line and cross sea bridge link up smoothly. It is not only in Qingdao one hour tourism circle, but also convenient to undertake tourists from Jinan Metropolitan circle. Huanghe Road, Kunlunshan road and other main roads in the area are connected vertically and horizontally. It is about 15 minutes' drive from the East and West built-up areas, so the location advantage is very obvious.
