Jimo Road Street

In 2012, the district was adjusted and Jimo road street was established. Located in the west of Shibei District, it belongs to the typical old city residential area and small commodity service industry cluster area. The scope of the jurisdiction is: the north boundary is from the west line of Jiaoji Railway to the central line of Baotou road in the South; the east boundary is along the center line of zHEH road to the central line of Jiaozhou Road; the south boundary is along Jiaozhou Road, guanxiangshan Road, west line of steps, Yucheng road and Sifang road; the west boundary is connected with the west line of railway Butou branch line along Zhongshan Road and Tangyi road center line. The area of the district is 2.28 square kilometers, with 35999 residents (2010).

In November 1954, Jiaozhou Road Street, Li Village Road Street and market three street were set up. In 1996, Jiaozhou Road had a street area of 0.2 square kilometers and a population of 13000 people. It had eight neighborhood committees including Shanghai Road, Chiping Road, Linqing Road, Xiajin Road, Yucheng Road, Jiaozhou Road, Fujian Road and Qingping road. The market three road street area was about 0.2 square kilometers, with a population of 11000. It had jurisdiction over the first to fifth neighborhood committees of market 2 Road and community, 9 residential committees including market one road, market three road, Liaocheng road and Shanghai road Committee of the Committee; the area of the streets of Li village road is 0.2 square kilometers, with a population of 14000 people. It has 12 neighborhood committees including Li Cun road, Cangkou Road, Jimo Road, Jiaozhou Road, Gaomi Road, Haibo Road, Liaocheng Road, Zhifu Road, Yizhou Road, Boshan Road, Weixian Road and Jining road.

In November 1996, Jiaozhou Road Street, Li Village Road Street and market three street were merged to establish a new Jiaozhou Road street. At the end of 2006, the district was adjacent to the streets of Rehe road in the East, south of Shinan District, Guanxian road street and Liaoning Road Street respectively in the West and North, with a length of 0.8km from east to west, 0.69 km wide from south to south, an area of 0.55 square kilometers, and a population of 11791 households of 29181 people, and jurisdiction over 6 communities including Jiaozhou Road, Shanghai Road, Wusong Road, market three road, Jimo road and haipo road. In 2008, Jiaozhou Road street was renamed Jimo road street, and the five communities of the former Rehe Road, Deping Road, Lingxian Road, en County Road and Wuding Road were divided into Jimo road street.

The street of yuanrehe road is located in the southwest of Shibei District. The northern boundary of the jurisdiction is along the central line of Lingxian branch, Baotou road and Huangtai Road, Wudi Road 2 and Dalian road center line to xiaonamen road No.15 Dalian Road in the East, Jiaodong road to the central line of Shanghai Road in the south, west along the west line of railway Butou branch line, with a length of 1.2km from east to west, 0.6km wide from north to south, and an area of 0.72 square kilometers. At the end of 2006, there were 12822 33528 people, including seven communities, namely, Rehe Road, Deping Road, Dalian Road, Wudi Road, Wuding Road, en County Road and Lingxian road. It has 11 neighborhood committees including Wuding Road, Guangdong Road, Lingxian Road, Guantao Road, en County Road, ningshang section, Ningxia section, upper section of Gansu Road, middle section of Gansu Road, lower section of Gansu road and Laizhou road. In November 1996, the streets of Rehe road and Lingxian road were merged to establish a new street of Rehe Road, and the office location was moved to No.34 Wudi first road. In 2004, the street area of Rehe road was 0.72 square kilometers, with 7 communities and 31000 people under its jurisdiction. In 2008, the streets of Rehe road were cancelled. Five communities, including Rehe Road, Deping Road, Lingxian Road, en County Road and Wuding Road, were divided into Jimo road street, and Dalian Road and Wudi Road 2 were divided into Liaoning Road street. In 2012, Jimo Road Street office and Xiaogang Street Office jointly worked together, and the name of Jimo Road Street office continued to be used after the joint office.
