Bucun Street

The total area of Bucun street is 43.91 square kilometers, with 1391 hectares of cultivated land and 290 hectares of urban construction area. There are 17 administrative villages and 22 natural villages under the jurisdiction of Bucun, Ezhuang and zhaijiazhuang. There are four natural villages in the government: Buxi, Budong, yangjiaxiang and sujiatan. In 2000, it was approved as a central town by the provincial government. In 2005, the town was removed and streets were set up.

Bucun street is located at the intersection of plains and hills in the south of Zhangqiu District, Jinan City. Bucun street is high in the South and low in the north, with terraced landforms from the south to the north, belonging to the low mountain and hilly area of the tail vein of Mount Tai. In the south is low mountains and hills, in the middle is the southern foot of dangerous mountains, and in the north is plain. Bucun has a continental climate in the north temperate monsoon region, with four distinct seasons, abundant rainfall and heat, and dry and windy spring.

Historical evolution

The name of Bu Village has a long history. It is said that it was a wharf in ancient times. Merchants gathered and gradually became a small commercial port. In Song Dynasty, it was built in Sanqing temple in 1165, and the residents became more and more prosperous. Among them, Qinglong Street in the north-south direction was called Bu Village street, which was called Bu Village. Later, the surrounding villages gradually increased, and it was called Bu Village at the end of Yuan Dynasty and the beginning of Ming Dynasty.
