Yaoshan Street

Yaoshan street, subordinate to Tianqiao District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, was established in August 1993 with the approval of Jinan Municipal People's government. It was named after the area where bianque, a famous doctor in the spring and Autumn period, collected herbs. Yaoshan sub district office is located in the northwest of Jinan City, adjacent to the Yellow River in the north. It has the only industrial community within the second ring road of Jinan City. It is 25km, 3km and 2km away from Jinan International Airport, railway station and long-distance bus station, respectively. Its location advantage is very obvious.

The sub district office covers a total area of 19.24 square kilometers and has a population of 61504 (2010). The planned area is 8.24 square kilometers, of which the central investment zone covers an area of 4.3 square kilometers. The West and North Second Ring Road, Jingliu Road, wei12 Road extension line and Beijing Shanghai Railway run through the hinterland. The ring overpass of Jingfu, Beijing Shanghai, Jiqing, Jide and Jinan ring expressway is located in the area. The two Jinan floating bridges connect the north and south of the Yellow River, and the traffic is very convenient.

The infrastructure of Yaoshan district is improving day by day. Jinan International Container diversion center, 110kV substation (with a total capacity of 63000KVA), Yaoshan Telecom Branch (with the communication capacity of 150000 program-controlled exchanges), Jinan Yellow River water plant (with daily water supply of 200000 meters), Jinan No.2 purified water plant and its supporting financial, industrial and commercial, tax, medical and other service facilities are built. After years of development and construction, Yaoshan sub district office has initially formed two bright spots: central investment zone and Juban industrial zone. The central investment zone has realized "six links and one leveling", and a high-tech, export-oriented and modern industrial city is emerging. Relying on the central investment area, there are 14 residential industrial areas around, forming a flash point. there are 767 enterprises in Yaoshan industrial district, including 294 industrial enterprises, including food processing, machinery manufacturing, precision chemical industry, biopharmaceutical, furniture manufacturing, commerce, science and technology education, information technology and other industries. The park has been rated as "excellent Township demonstration zone in Shandong Province", "Advanced Industrial Park" and "the first batch of credit industrial parks in Shandong Province". Yaoshan industrial district has a beautiful environment. Yaoshan, beima'anshan and Sushan are all in the famous landscape of Jinan. The famous spring and autumn doctor Bian Que's medicinal mountain has been approved as a scenic spot of medicinal mountain by Jinan City. Economic and population development

Yaoshan sub district office is located in the northwest of Tianqiao District, named after Yaoshan. In 2002, it covers an area of 15 square kilometers, has 18 hectares of arable land, and has jurisdiction over 14 community residents committees, with a population of 7585 households and 22022 people, including 10543 males and 11479 females, with a sex ratio of 91.8:100 (female = 100); and has a non-agricultural population of 21662. The tertiary industry achieved an operating income of 1.7 billion yuan, profits and taxes of 60.53 million yuan and profits of 46.22 million yuan, up 47.5%, 32% and 42.8% respectively over the previous year.
