Guangchang Industrial Park

Guangchang Industrial Park, initiated by the people's Government of Guangchang county, is an entrepreneurial development base with local characteristic economy and advantageous industries. The whole park is located in the north of the county, east to Xujiang River and south to the county. The park has convenient transportation, with Changxia first-class highway and 206 National Highway Passing through. The controlled planning area of the park is 3 square kilometers. Introduction to Industrial Park

The construction of Guangchang Industrial Park started in March 2002. With the help of the whole county and unconventional ideas, measures and efforts, the construction of the park has been carried out smoothly. The first phase project of 1200 Mu has been completed, and the infrastructure construction of "seven links" (access road, water supply and drainage, electricity, post, communication, cable TV and broadband) "one leveling" (land leveling) in the park has been basically completed, which is being further improved and put in place. Through development and construction, the park will be built into a carrier for attracting investment; a non metric economic carrier for development; a base for undertaking the gradient transfer of industrial structure in developed coastal areas; an experimental zone for system and scientific and technological innovation and a new area for urban development. There are 48 Enterprises in the park, of which 37 enterprises have been in normal production (such as Guangchang Jinxing shoes, Qinghu steel, Huaneng copper, Huada copper, etc.), and 11 enterprises are under construction (such as Qiying industry, Yuke industry, cairun decoration, etc.), and five kinds of industry plates with different characteristics are gradually formed in the park: food processing industry based on Changshun industry and lotus root processing; and Gaopu electrical appliances The main industries include: electronic processing industry in Guangzhou, chemical industry in Guanghong, Meiyi and Xianyun; garment processing industry in feias; building materials industry in Guanglong cedar board, Baohuashan cement and Yuhua wood. The total signed capital of the park is 560 million yuan, and the available capital is 320 million yuan. From January to June 2006, the industrial output value of Guangchang Industrial Park was 98.1 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 40.9%; the sales revenue was 93 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 43%; the tax revenue was 2.65 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 64%; the number of employment was 1900, a year-on-year increase of 270. The industrial park is gradually becoming the "backbone" of our county's industrial economy. The second phase project of 800 Mu is about to start construction, and the preparatory work before construction is in progress. It is estimated that by 2007, the main economic indicators of the industrial park will increase by 20%, strive for 30%, and strive for the cumulative introduction of funds to reach 1 billion yuan. The annual sales revenue will be 1.2 billion yuan, accounting for 50% of the industrial sales revenue of the whole county, and 8000 new jobs will be created.
