Hongliang reclamation farm is a county owned Agricultural Reclamation enterprise. It was founded in the winter of 1958 and merged with Hongqi in 1992. The site is located in the south of Dongxiang County, 15 kilometers away from the county. Xiaogang town in the East, Mawei town in the West and gangshangji town in the south. There are 3 small (II) reservoirs, more than 10 Shantang reservoirs and 2 electric irrigation stations. There are more than 1000 mu of orchard area, 2200 mu of Camellia oleifera, 1350 mu of Chinese fir forest, 3824 m3 of total timber storage, 100 mu of slash pine. There are building materials factory, machine brick factory (with an annual output of 6 million machine-made red bricks), sand turning factory and pig breeding farm.
