Tangchaoyuan Forest Farm

Tangchaoyuan forest farm is located on a hill 18 kilometers south of Yujiang District, Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province, in Maquan Town, adjacent to Jinxi County in the south. It covers an area of 1.04km2 and has a population of 746 (in 2010). There are Xinwang, Laowang, Yijia, Zhujia, Linhai, Changzhi, Fengling and Lujia teams.

The state-owned tangchaoyuanying forest site in Yujiang County is located in the south of Yujiang County, adjacent to Longhushan scenic spot in the East, duiqiao town in Jinxi County in the south, and Maquan town in the northwest. The site is 20km away from Yujiang County and 30km away from Yingtan City. The county road runs through the site from north to south, directly to national highway 206. The forest site was founded in late 1957, formerly known as tangchaoyuan branch of liujiazhan reclamation farm in Shangrao area, and was designated in 1960 Under the management of Yujiang County Government, it was renamed as the state-owned Yujiang County tangchaoyuan comprehensive reclamation farm. In 1986, it was renamed as the state-owned Yujiang County tangchaoyuan forest farm with the approval of the provincial forestry department to facilitate the connection with the competent forestry department. It belongs to the county level unit. The forest farm has a national branch and a collective village committee, with a total population of 746 (in 2010) and 402 employees, including 8 national cadres, 6 working instead of others and 98 retirees.
