Zequan Township
Zequan township is located in the east of Gongqing City, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, China. It is adjacent to Hengtang town in the East, sujialong Township in the South and Chaisang District in the north. Under the jurisdiction of Zequan, Guandi temple, garden, Guanyinqiao, Changtang, Tushan and other six administrative villages. National Highway 105 passes through the border. There are Shang and Zhou cultural sites in chajiashan.
In November 2010, Zequan township was transferred from Xingzi County to Gongqing city with the approval of Jiangxi Provincial People's government.
On June 11, 2016, the Communist Youth City Committee and the municipal government printed and issued the notice on the establishment of the leading group to take over sujialong and Zequan townships and the work plan to take over sujialong and Zequan townships. It indicates that the work of Gongqing city taking over the two townships of Xingzi County has officially entered the substantive operation stage.
Historical evolution
In the middle of Qing Dynasty, Zequan township was managed by the seven capitals (Zhangjiawan). In 1932, qijiaotang belonged to the second district. In 1941, the capital and district were removed and Zequan township was rebuilt. In 1945, Zequan Township, Xiping and Tongren were merged into Xiude township. In 1956, the whole county withdrew the district and merged the township, and Zequan belonged to Guanyinqiao Township, Jiaotang district. In 1958, Guanyinqiao Township and juawai Township were merged into Guanyinqiao people's commune. In 1960, Guanyinqiao commune and Hengtang commune merged into Hengtang commune. In 1961, Guanyinqiao commune was restored. In 1969, Guanyinqiao commune was renamed Chaoyang commune. In 1982, Chaoyang commune was renamed Zequan commune. In 1984, Zequan commune was changed into Zequan township. In September 2010, with the approval of the State Council, the Ministry of Civil Affairs approved the establishment of a county-level Communist Youth City in Jiangxi Province. In November, according to the spirit of the reply, Jiangxi provincial government officially issued the notice on the establishment of a Communist Youth City: it agreed to put Zequan township of Xingzi County under the jurisdiction of the Communist Youth City and establish a county-level Communist Youth City. General administrative division
Jurisdiction: Guandi temple, Huayuan, Zequan, Guanyinqiao, Changtang, Tushan 6 villagers' committees, 76 villagers' groups, 103 natural villages, 15606 people (2017). The township government is located in dawuyang. There are ZeQuanLi, zequanyu and other villages. By 2005, there will be one junior middle school and one health center in the township. The state has invested 4 million yuan to rebuild 95.6 kilometers of rural roads. The township invested 1.8 million yuan in agricultural development to develop garden land in Guanyinqiao village. The road is accessible to every village.

With convenient transportation, Zequan township is 105 kilometers away from Nanchang City, 50 kilometers away from Jiujiang City, 15 kilometers away from Gongqing City, 30 kilometers away from Lushan City, and 13 kilometers away from De'an County. National Highway 105 passes through. In the past two years, the state has invested nearly 5 million yuan in the reconstruction of more than 110 kilometers of rural roads. Through the reconstruction, the traffic situation has been greatly improved.

Zequan is rich in landscape resources. The whole township has an area of mountain forest for development, and more than 6300 mu of water surface aquaculture can be developed. Due to its rich landscape resources, beautiful natural environment and simple human environment, Zequan has become a hot spot for landscape developers to invest. The village's agricultural villa is a prairie fire, blooming everywhere, supporting half of Zequan's economy. Representative of them are Zhongtang villa, Huanong company, loquat base, Yujing villa and Li's villa.

In 2014, the area of grain was 16568 mu, with a total output of 8100 tons; the area of oil was 12900 mu, with a total output of 1651 tons; the area of peanut was 1150 mu, with a total output of 165 tons; there were 9096 pigs, 102 mu of tea, with a total output of 6 tons; the area of aquaculture was 1950 mu, with a total output of 1200 tons. The rural economy developed rapidly. In 1986, the total agricultural output value of the township was 4.57 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 210 yuan; in 1990, the total agricultural output value was 9.69 million yuan, and the per capita net income was 480 yuan; in 2005, the GDP of the township was 54.44 million yuan, the total economic income was 90.88 million yuan, the per capita annual net income of farmers was 2038 yuan, and the financial income was 2.27 million yuan. In 2014, the per capita net income of farmers in Zequan township was 9547 yuan.
