Hui nationality township of Yingzhen

Hui nationality township of Ying Town, located in the northeast of Daming County, governs 17 villages with an area of 19.71 square kilometers, cultivated land area of 19280 mu, population of 19136, and natural population growth rate of 4.5 ‰. There are four mosques in Xiying village, Xiying village mosque, Dongying Village mosque and Dongying Village mosque. The soil quality is mainly heavy soil and medium soil, and water resources are relatively rich in history. The Hui nationality in this township was moved from Hongdong County, Shanxi Province in the Wanli period of Ming Dynasty.

Historical evolution

Yingzhen township was established in 1953, under the jurisdiction of Jintan Town in 1958, and Yingzhen Hui Township was established in 1984.

Its products are mainly sold to the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong, which has greatly promoted the development of vegetable planting industry. There are two primary schools and one middle school for Hui people. We have achieved the goal of building a moderately prosperous society. The construction goal is to develop vegetable planting industry, promote efficient planting, expand deep processing capacity, open up international market, and promote economic development and prosperity. The GDP is 177.48 million yuan and the per capita disposable income is 3020 yuan. The total output value of agriculture is 79.26 million yuan, and the per capita income is 4871 yuan. Taking advantage of such measures as "one case, one discussion, financial awards and supplementary funds", we vigorously developed social undertakings, carried out the ground network transformation in Jinzhuang village, Zhouzhuang village, Zhaozhuang village and zhangjinzhuang village, implemented the all-in-one card for watering land, installed 15 transformers, erected 7000 meters of lines, built a water pumping station, drilled 30 motor wells, and hardened 3000 meters of streets. The first phase project of Changxing community has been completed, providing 80 sets of residential houses and 50 sets of commercial houses, which can accommodate 7000 people in 7 villages and replace more than 1300 mu of land.
