Heshan Street

It is a street under the jurisdiction of Huli District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province. Heshan sub district office was established on September 23, 2004. It is located in the northeast of Xiamen Island, adjacent to Gaoqi International Airport in the north, Xueling mountain in the south, Fuzhou Xiamen railway in the West and Inner Lake area of Wuyuan Bay in the East. The permanent resident population here is 218418 (2010), constituting a convenient land transportation system with "two horizontal and two vertical" as the main body. Wuyuanwan District, Huli high tech park and fanghu business circle are the administrative center of Huli district government, and also the important areas for Xiamen's new round of leapfrog development. It has become the administrative and economic center of the new urban area of Xiamen and a shining pearl in the east of Xiamen Island.

In 1997, it covers an area of 47.2 square kilometers and has a population of 41000. It has jurisdiction over 11 village committees including Gaodian, Malong, Jiangtou, Houpu, Caitang, Houkeng, fanghu, xianhou, Zhongzhai, Gaolin and Wutong, and 2 neighborhood committees including Jiangtou and lvcuo.

On July 1, 2004, Heshan Town was abolished and Jiangtou street, Heshan street and Jinshan street were established.

On September 23, 2004, it was officially established. It has jurisdiction over Banshang, fanghu, Lingxia, Weili and Zhongzhai communities in the original Heshan Town, and the office is located in Banshang.

Heshan street is located in the northeast of Xiamen Island, with an area of 16.04 square kilometers and a population of 218418 (2010). Under its jurisdiction, there are five villages of Zhongzhai she, Lingxia, Banshang, fanghu and Weili, and five urban communities of Hexin, Hesheng, Heshan, Heyuan and Wuyuanwan north. Heshan street has brought new development opportunities. We improved the working mechanism, improved the quality and level of service enterprises, took the initiative and introduced many major projects. In the whole year, more than 100 imported projects were completed, including 5 projects with more than 100 million yuan, 12 projects with more than 50 million yuan and 29 projects with more than 10 million yuan. Foreign capital attracted 31.48 million US dollars, accounting for 121.1% of the total number of tasks, while domestic capital attracted 1.173 billion yuan, accounting for 172.4% of the total number of tasks. Heshan Street puts people's livelihood security in an important position and vigorously builds a harmonious society. Adhere to the people-oriented principle, focus on serving the people, and actively solve the problems of land expropriated farmers and retired fishermen. We should seriously explore and practice the trinity model of "social security, employment services and investment guidance". The streets and residences tightened their expenditure, allocated 28.4 million yuan for insurance subsidies, helped 2758 people to participate in the "land for social security", 2176 people to participate in the "universal medical insurance", and built the "double insurance" of pension and medical care. We continued to implement training methods such as "order", "skills" and "entrepreneurship", implemented street enterprise cooperation in employment, took the initiative to sign a co construction agreement with shiluqiao Wuyuanwan Operation Co., Ltd., arranged more than 30 "4050" personnel to engage in property and cleaning work, and helped solve the "employment difficulty" through assistance, building information platform, encouraging self employment and other measures. In the whole year, 76 urban unemployed people were trained, 246 of them were re employed, 155 of them were surplus rural labor force trained, 403 of them were successfully transferred, and the annual tasks assigned by the district were completed with an average over 190%. Guide the masses to invest the compensation in sunshine apartments, invite professional financial experts to give lectures for the majority of residents, and strive to find effective value-added channels for land compensation. Caring for the social vulnerable groups and sending the care of the party and the government to thousands of households is another measure to protect the people's livelihood in Heshan street. The street vigorously carried out social assistance activities and played the role of social assistance mechanism. It issued 816475 yuan of minimum living allowance for 756 people in 245 households and 29 households with a total of 14300 yuan of temporary subsidies. We have enriched the contents of relief, played the role of Charity Supermarket, raised 12000 yuan of donations, distributed more than 50000 yuan of daily necessities to 291 families with difficulties, and done a good job in helping the disabled. We visited 301 disabled people in our jurisdiction and paid 31500 yuan of consolation money. We have gradually established a long-term relief mechanism.

Party Building

The sub district Party Working Committee has six party committees (fanghu community, Zhongzhai she community, Banshang community, Lingxia community, non-public enterprises, Yingzhong automobile), seven general Party branches (sub district organs, Hexin community, Hesheng community, Heyuan community, jijiajia world, Swire cola, social organization service park), and three community Party branches (Weili, Heshan, Wuyuanwan North). There are 155 party branches, including 91 non-public party branches, with more than 2000 party members.
