It governs three villages, two urban communities and three rural communities. 189 villager groups and 12 community grids. There are 1 secondary Party committee, 4 general Party branches and 35 party branches in the area, including 20 village Party branches, 12 non-public enterprise party branches and 2 government and institution party branches, with a total of 1368 party members. Helixi is famous for its beautiful scenery, outstanding people and convenient transportation. Dongcheng Avenue and Zhenning Road, the main roads of helixi Park in the National Economic Development Zone, are directly connected with the provincial highway Yihuang line. Nanjing Xuanhang expressway, Nanjing Guangzhou Expressway and Yangji Expressway meet at helixi. The entrance and exit of Ningguo expressway is located in Pingxing village, which is a fast passage connecting Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang. With the opening of Zhenning road bridge in May 2019, helixi Street will be connected with the central urban area to form a rapid comprehensive transportation network and become a new transportation hub of Ningguo City. There are Dongjin primary school, helixi primary school, heli junior high school and Ningguo No.1 Middle School in helixi street. At present, the old residential areas, back streets and alleys of helixi have been included in the old city reconstruction project.
