Yunle town is under the jurisdiction of Jingde County, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province.

Historical evolution

In November 2017, Yunle township of Jingde County was approved to withdraw the township and establish a town.

General situation

Yunle town is located in the northeast of Jingde County, bordering Ningguo County and Jingxian county. It is 25 kilometers away from the county seat, and the Sichuan Tibet line in southern Anhui passes through. With a total area of 80.7 square kilometers, the town is surrounded by emerald mountains and green water. It is rich in animal and plant resources. It has bred such rare species as fairy grass, Ganoderma lucidum, Wild Sika deer and hamamelis, which is known as "living fossil of plant kingdom". Ganoderma lucidum industry is the leading industry of the town.

Yunle town has a forest coverage rate of 83.9%. It has been successively rated as a national ecological town, an excellent tourism town in Anhui Province, and a provincial forest town. It enjoys the reputation of "natural oxygen bar and lung clearing supermarket". It is a natural relay station for landscape outdoor in southern Anhui. In June 2016, the town was shortlisted for the first batch of characteristic towns. In recent years, the town takes the opportunity of the city and county to build the Sichuan Tibet line in southern Anhui, adheres to the idea of ecological environment protection and global tourism, combines with the endowment characteristics of "forest town, the source of Ganoderma lucidum", establishes the strategic positioning of "mysterious Ganoderma lucidum Valley", takes "one core, one belt and one mountain pass" as the overall layout, and deeply excavates the characteristics of Ganoderma lucidum industry, tourism and leisure and forest health industry, so as to build the Ganoderma lucidum Valley in southern Anhui Tibet line is an important tourist destination.
