Zhangou town

Zhangou town is located in the southeast of Lixin County, Anhui Province, bordering Shangtang Township and Yangcun township of Fengtai County in the southeast, Chenqiao town of Yingshang County in the south, Xifei river flows through the middle of the town, and Sugou and Maogou pass through. It governs 15 village committees, 120 natural villages, and the town people's government is located in Zhangou Jibin, near the Bank of Xifei River, 35 kilometers away from Lixin County. It is the largest agricultural and sideline products distribution center at the junction of Huainan, Fuyang and Bozhou.

Historical evolution
