Tax policy

For foreign-invested enterprises with an annual tax payment of more than 1 million yuan, 100% of the value-added tax and income tax retained by the local government will be awarded to the enterprises in the first three years, and 50% in the fourth to fifth years. The incentive funds can only be used for technological transformation projects and infrastructure. For industrial projects with newly increased fixed asset investment of more than 5 million yuan in the purchase and lease of assets of state-owned and collective enterprises, 100% of the local income tax retained in the first three years will be awarded to enterprises, and 50% in the next two years.
