Xuelou plate processing park in Dangshan County, Anhui Province, was established in August 2008. It came into being under the background of comprehensive rural reform, and is under the section level system. The park is located in the southernmost part of Dangshan County, bordering Xiayi and Yongcheng in Henan Province. After the expansion in February 2012, the park has a land area of 55 square kilometers, under the jurisdiction of five administrative villages, one state-owned nursery and four communities, with a total population of more than 34000. In July 2014, with the approval of the county government, five administrative villages and four communities were abolished, and four communities were established. Many substations have been built in the territory, which can ensure the land and power supply demand of enterprises entering the park. In addition, the processing park is rich in agricultural products and fruits, known as "Dangshan wheat hoard". The main agricultural products include wheat, soybean, corn, cotton, minor cereals, and fruits include pear, apple, peach, apricot, persimmon, etc. it can be used as an efficient agricultural and ecological agricultural demonstration base in our park and even in Northern Anhui, which is conducive to the development of agricultural and sideline products processing and its supporting industries.

Climate: the processing park is located in temperate continental monsoon climate, with four distinct seasons and mild climate. The annual average temperature is 14.24-14.50 ℃, the coldest month is January with an average temperature of - 0.9 ℃, and the hottest month is July with an average temperature of 27.2 ℃. The annual average sunshine duration is 2480.6h. The frost free period is long, with an average annual frost free period of 199 days. The dominant wind direction throughout the year is east wind, the average annual wind speed is 2.5, and the maximum wind speed is 20m / s.

Geology and geomorphology: the processing park is flat and alluvial formed by the Yellow River, with an average altitude of 44m. It is located in the xubeng fold belt of Shandong platform anticline, where a huge thickness of Quaternary strata is deposited, with a thickness of 318.15m-456.77m. The underlying bedrock is Paleozoic Permian sand shale.

Hydrology: the main source of surface water in the processing garden is atmospheric precipitation, with moderate rainfall. The annual average precipitation is about 773 mm, and the precipitation in four seasons varies greatly. The average precipitation in spring is 134.8 mm, the average precipitation in summer is 450 mm, the average precipitation in autumn is 141.8 mm, and the average precipitation in winter is 46.2 mm. The main rivers are Dashahe and Tanggou. The groundwater belongs to the infiltration evaporation exploitation type, which mainly comes from the infiltration of atmospheric precipitation. The lateral recharge and overflow recharge are weak, and it is pore water within the exposed depth.

Historical evolution

In 1988, it belonged to Shenhu village, Huanglou Township, Dangshan.
