Huaji town

Huaji Town, belonging to Linquan County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province, is 45 kilometers southeast of Linquan county. It is adjacent to Tupo Township in the East, lvzhai town in the southeast, Xieji Township in the southwest, Songji town in the northwest and Laoji town in the north. It is only 26 kilometers away from Dajing Jiufu south station. In the Republic of China, it belonged to the southwest town of Fuyang, and later it was changed to the joint protection of Huaji University in the seventh district of Fuyang. After Linquan county was set up in Fuyang in 1935, it was changed into Huaji town in the third district. Huaji district was set up in October 1947, and changed into a Big Commune after 1958. In 1979, the district was set up again. In February 1992, Huaji town was established from Huaji, xiaozhuji and Cuizhai. From May to October 1999, it was approved by Fuyang municipal Party committee and municipal government, Anhui provincial Party Committee and provincial government as a central town and a county town. The town government is located in Huaji. In 2009, it became one of the first batch of 150 pilot towns in Anhui Province.
