Nanfeng Street

Nanfeng street is located in the south of Xianju County, Fuying street in the northeast, Xiage town in the East and Dazhang Township in the East, Bulu Township in the south, Guanlu town in the West and Anzhou street in the northwest. Provincial roads 41 and 35 pass through Nanfeng street. Xianju west exit of Taijin expressway is located in Chuanshan village, Nanfeng street. The geographical position is superior and the traffic is convenient.

Name and origin

In the southeast of Sanli, it is commonly known as "Nanfeng mountain" because it stands on the south side of a peak. The peak is surrounded by mountains and waters, which is the most popular place for people to visit. There is a floating picture of the south tower and a peach blossom cave. There is a poem that says: "green sky on the mountain, stream on the mountain, white clouds and flowing water are suitable for each other. Dancheng is the same as Ernan. Picking pine branches is also a cure for hunger.". At the top of it is the Xingdao temple. There are Chen Guling temple, Hanqing Pavilion, LAN Guang and Chijia two pavilions, Cai Zhi and Ji Mei two pavilions, Jiang's Jianyu hall, Zhang's Cuiwei Pavilion, Guo's Chong'an and Chen's bixishan house. All of them have been destroyed. "Nanfeng mountain" is a street territory, so it is called "Nanfeng Street"

General situation

Nanfeng sub district office of Xianju County, Zhejiang Province was established on May 29, 2003, located in the south of the county. The total area is 36.3 square kilometers, including 26663 mu of mountain forest, 5033 mu of garden land, 4542.9 mu of cultivated land, with a total population of 53426 (in 2010). The street governs 22 administrative villages and 3 neighborhood committees. In 2006, the per capita income of farmers was 5636 yuan.
