Introduction to the park

Haihaigang comprehensive economic development zone is a district level development zone approved by Fengxian District Party committee and district government in April 2003 to better implement and promote the regional economic development strategy of "East, West, north, South, two points and one line" and actively and effectively accept the "two ports" radiation of Shanghai International Shipping Center Yangshan Deepwater Port and Pudong International Airport Airport. Shanghai Haigang comprehensive economic development zone is located in the southeast of Shanghai, adjacent to Shanghai Lingang New Town in the East, Fengcheng central town in the west, Wusi farm in the South and A30 Expressway in the north. The overall planning area of the development zone is 15 square kilometers, and the infrastructure of "seven connections and one leveling" such as water, electricity and communication is complete. the development and construction of Lingang New Town is a major strategic decision made by Shanghai municipal Party committee and Shanghai municipal government for the overall development of the 21st century. Relying on the strong radiation effect of "Lingang New Town" and "two ports", Haigang Development Zone will be built into a comprehensive economic development zone with beautiful environment, complete facilities and considerate services in 5-7 years in combination with its own advantages and characteristics.
