Zhongyu Township
Zhongyu township is the Northwest Mountainous township of Pujiang County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. According to the statistics of relevant websites, the township covers an area of 44.4 square kilometers (in 2017), and has 22 administrative villages with a total population of 8907 (in 2017). In 2005, the total output value of industry and agriculture was 280 million yuan, the per capita income of farmers was 2850 yuan, and the natural growth rate of population was 2 ‰.

Zhongyu township is the second largest iron padlock production base in Pujiang County. There are 147 enterprises in total, including 142 in the lock industry and 4 enterprises with a scale of more than 5 million yuan. Township lock Industrial Park 1, has implemented the arrangements into the zone 17 enterprises. As a pillar industry, lock making enterprises have formed a one-stop specialized production pattern of casting, lock body, lock cylinder, key, electroplating, trademark, assembly and other processes. Their products are exported to Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries. the township has 4840 mu of arable land and 54000 mu of mountain forest. There are 26 small (second) type reservoirs of less than 100000 m3 and 2 small (second) type reservoirs of more than 100000 m3. There are 117 Shantang reservoirs. The benefit villages of Longwang reservoir include Puyang, Fangjia, Zhouzhai, Zhongyu and other 13 administrative villages along the extension line, benefiting more than 1100 mu of farmland. The planting industry includes rice, sericulture, tea, flowers and seedlings, fruit trees, moso bamboo and canary; the breeding industry mainly includes pheasant, duck and goat.

Zhongyu township is an old revolutionary base, and the revolutionary site of yangyuankeng in Pufeng village is a red education base. There are 1 middle school, 3 primary schools and 79 primary and secondary school teachers. The township has 3 sports centers, 27 sports rooms, 26 standardized cement courts (13 light courts). Basically, each administrative village has standard table tennis facilities, more than 100 junior gatekeepers and other sports teams, 27 morning (evening) training centers, and 30 social sports instructors. In 1999, it was rated as an advanced sports town in Zhejiang Province.
History of construction
In the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Xingxian township. During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to Xingren township. In May 1949, the Pujiang River was liberated and became Xingren township of Pinghu district. In October of the next year, three townships, Zhongyu, Fotang and Puyang, were built, belonging to Majian district. In June 1956, the three townships were merged into Zhongyu township. In October 1958, it was the Zhongyu management area of Pufeng commune. In January 1960, it was renamed brigade. It was renamed commune in July 1961. After the restoration of Pujiang County in January 1967, it directly belonged to Pujiang County. In September 1980, the district system was restored, belonging to Pinghu district. In August 1983, the government and society were divided into townships.

Zhongyu River
Zhongyu River, formerly known as Tanxi. It originates from Dongwu mountain in the northwest of Xiaofan. In the south, it flows to the source water of nalengwu in fotangdian, the source water of nahuangmao River and his highness (also known as baiyanling River in ancient times) in huilongqiao, and the source water of hubaikeng and qichenyuan in Siqian village. It flows into Huyuan River in the north of xiamaodian village, with a length of 15.55 km. In ancient times, there were "eight scenes of Tanxi".
Suyong Hall
"Suyong hall" in zhouzhaicun was built in Song Dynasty. It is listed as a cultural relic protection unit at the county level.
