Renhe Street

Renhe street is a street under the jurisdiction of Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, which was established on August 22, 2011. Renhe Town was formed in August 2001 by merging Dongtang Town, Zhangshan town and Yunhui township.

Renhe street is located in the north wing of Hangzhou City, the hinterland of Yuhang District, 17 kilometers away from the main urban area of Hangzhou, 20 kilometers away from the vice urban area of Linping. The waterway is closely connected with the main channel of the canal and Dongtiaoxi. The Renhe port under construction is also located in the territory. Hangzhou Nanjing Expressway and Yuhang East West Avenue cross the whole territory. Gouren Avenue directly connects with Hangzhou Shangtang viaduct, which has very convenient traffic with the urban area of Hangzhou. Hangzhou Nanjing high speed railway runs through the north and south, Xiaoshan Airport and Shanghai Hangzhou Ningbo Expressway are close at hand, and the water, land and air transportation is very convenient.

Historical evolution

After the adjustment of some administrative divisions in Yuhang District in 2011, nine towns and townships including Yunhe Town, Qiaosi Town, Chongxian Town, Yuhang Town, Xianlin Town, Cangqian Town, Liangzhu Town, Renhe Town and Zhongtai Township were abolished.
