Huangtang town is located in the southeast of Danyang City, Jiangsu Province, adjacent to Zhonglou District of Changzhou City in the East, Wujin District of Changzhou City in the south, Xinbei District of Changzhou City in the north and Jintan District of Changzhou City in the West for 12 kilometers. It is only 15 km away from the entrance of Shanghai Nanjing Expressway and Changzhou Civil Aviation Airport. National Highway 312 and provincial highway 340 cross the whole territory.
