Dinggang town

Dinggang town is located in the eastern suburb of Zhenjiang City, a famous historical and cultural city on the South Bank of the Yangtze River. Dinggang town has a total area of 35.36 square kilometers (2017) and a total population of 76127 (2017). Dinggang town is an ancient town with a history of more than 100 years. Since ancient times, it has been a place where scholars gather and merchants gather. Dinggang town has beautiful mountains and rivers, majestic terrain, hilly characteristics and water scenery. It is full of green mountains and green waters and yellow flowers. Since the reform and opening up, Dinggang town has been full of vitality. With the rapid development of industry, the bumper harvest of agriculture and the fruitful achievements in the construction of spiritual civilization, it has leaped into the ranks of well-off towns, and has been rated as an advanced town in science and technology. It is one of the open towns in Dantu District. In 2006, Dinggang town assigned Dantu County to Zhenjiang New District.

Geographical mountains

Duanshandun in Dinggang Town, also known as duanshendun, is located about 100 meters southeast of Pingchang village in Dinggang Town, 300 meters away from dunshang village in the north and 1.5 kilometers away from Huashan Mountain in the East. It is surrounded by small rivers on the west slope and under the north slope and connected with Taiping River 130 meters away from the southwest. There were small rivers under the East and south slopes of dunshang village, which have been silted up. Around the pier are paddy fields, about 110 meters long from east to west, 225 meters wide from north to south, about 8 meters above the ground, slightly narrow in the middle, and steep slopes on all sides. The top of the pier is flat and covered with lime soil and burnt soil. From the Western cliff, we can see that the accumulation of cultural layer is as much as 4 meters. Since 1957, the archaeological Department has excavated many times. The relics collected in the excavation include: stone axe (shaped as a flat cylinder), perforated stone knife, remnant Dong knife, bronze arrow and bronze sword; red pottery and grey pottery with more than 60 meters of rope pattern, woven pattern, ladder pattern, cloud and thunder pattern, and a small amount of primitive celadon; a large number of pottery rackets for firing clay and making body and unqualified abandoned pottery were also found. Rammed earth platform foundation and column foundation were also found in the site. Human skeleton was buried between the platform foundation and the column foundation of the house, and there was a stove in the house. In addition, we also found net pendants, spinning wheels, production tools and weapons, antlers, ivory, cattle teeth, pig teeth and so on. This pier is the largest and best preserved village site in southern Jiangsu. It has been listed as a cultural relic protection unit at the provincial level since 1983.

1. The enterprise income tax of productive foreign-invested enterprises set up in our park is collected at the rate of 24%. The income tax of the processing enterprises of agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry that invest and set up for the purpose of developing export can also be collected at the rate of 24%.

2. After enjoying the income tax policy of "two exemptions and three reductions" stipulated by the state tax law, the general productive foreign-invested enterprises newly established in our park with an operation period of more than 10 years can apply for and be approved by the government from the sixth year, and arrange special funds from the local financial revenue to give the foreign-invested enterprises 50% of the local retained portion of the paid in income tax for the next three years Financial assistance.

3. For productive foreign-invested enterprises, after the approval of the capital increase and production expansion project in the park, the profits of the capital increase part shall be calculated separately. After the application of the enterprise, the profits generated from the capital increase part can enjoy the treatment of "2 exemption and 3 reduction" of enterprise income tax by means of financial return.

4. For export enterprises set up by foreign-invested enterprises, after the expiration of the period of micro or micro income tax reduction according to the provisions of the tax law, if the output value of export products in the current year reaches more than 70% of the output value of enterprise products in the current year, the micro income tax can be reduced by half according to the tax rate specified in the tax law. If the tax rate is lower than 10% after half reduction, the enterprise income tax will be collected by 10%.

5. Productive foreign-invested enterprises are exempted from local income tax during the period of "two exemptions and three reductions". After the expiration of the tax exemption period, the export enterprises whose annual export output value accounts for more than 70% of the enterprise's output value can still be exempted from micro local income tax for three years.

6. If an advanced technology enterprise established by a foreign investor is still an advanced technology enterprise after the expiration of the term of "two exemptions and three reductions" and confirmed by the relevant provincial department, it may extend the period of micro tax reduction for three years and the period of local income tax exemption for three years. If the tax rate is lower than 10% after half reduction, the enterprise income tax will be collected by 10%.

7. For new high-tech projects run by foreign investors, the enterprise income tax rate is 15%. In addition to enjoying the policy of "two exemptions and three reductions", special funds can be arranged from local financial revenue to give foreign-invested enterprises the micro tax policy of advanced technology enterprises from the 6th to the 10th year.

8. If a foreign investor reinvests the profits obtained from the enterprise directly into the enterprise to increase its registered capital, or invests in other foreign-funded enterprises as capital, and the operation period is not less than five years, 40% of the enterprise income tax already paid on the reinvested part may be refunded.

9. If a foreign-invested enterprise pays the value-added tax in full and on time within five years from the year of putting into operation and sales, the enterprise shall provide a copy of the relevant tax payment and payment voucher within two months of the next year, submit it to the tax department for examination and approval, and give appropriate rewards to the town government.

10. After the expiration of the preferential tax policy, if a foreign enterprise pays more than 500000 yuan of local tax every year, the town government will give 10% of the excess as a reward. (the county policy is to reward 10% of the excess)

11. For a wholly foreign-owned enterprise with a total investment of more than US $5 million, the value-added tax can be settled according to the method of "one case, one case" in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.

12. The house property tax of foreign-invested enterprises shall be calculated and collected at 10% of the original book value.

1. For large-scale projects invested by foreign investors in our park, flexible measures can be taken to deal with each case.

2. For new industrial projects, the lowest land transfer price is 75 yuan / m2 (50000 yuan / mu). If it is difficult for a foreign-invested enterprise to make a lump sum payment, it may adopt installment payment (the down payment shall not be less than 50%).

3. Foreign invested enterprises are exempt from micro cultivated land occupation tax.

4. The land use fee of foreign-invested enterprises is free of charge within ten years.

Local fees

For the foreign investors entering the park, the administrative fees within the jurisdiction of the district level shall be zero fees, and the fees for supporting urban construction and water and gas capacity increase shall be exempted.

Service commitment

1. The town government provides first-class service environment for foreign businessmen. All functional departments of the town government provide high-quality services for foreign-funded enterprises in the whole process from project approval to project completion acceptance. For projects less than 30 million US dollars, the examination and approval shall be completed within 20 working days.

2. Establish a leading group for the construction of industrial parks, which is responsible for the coordination of all problems of enterprises entering the park, and urge all functional departments of the government to fulfill their duties.

3.
