Xianfengzhen, Baoying County, Jiangsu Province, is located at the junction of Yangzhou, Yancheng and Huai'an. Jiangsu anda highway

History and culture

Fengzhen in Xi'an is an old revolutionary base area. During the Anti Japanese War, 25 wounded and sick people from Shajiabang came to our town to recuperate. Historical evolution

According to Cao Cha's xinjinlu, in the second century BC, the seven states of Wu and Chu were against the Han Dynasty, and the king of Wu was stationed here. Taicang and Anfeng were places for grain cultivation, which meant "peace" and "harvest", so they were named Anfeng.

In April 1943, huaiyanbao office was established here. In May, Baoying county Party committee and Baoying county government were born here. The central Jiangsu Party school, the central Jiangsu public school, the central Jiangsu daily and the central China Banknote Printing Factory all moved to the territory. Su Yu, Chen Pixian and other revolutionaries of the older generation fought here. In July 1945, the site of the Youth Congress of Central Jiangsu was in Gujin. In 1958, the district was removed and the township was changed. In 1960, the commune was changed. Because of the same name as Anfeng in Xinghua County, it was renamed Xi'an Feng in 1981.
